Contacts will let you use CC or BCC email. BCC will not have to give everyones email addresses to everyone.
You can use /autoend on the command line for force Contacts to automatically end in 60 seconds of inactivity.
To us BCC or CC in Contacts just type the email address in the CC or BCC block instead of the Email box.
Contacts can be run from a CD or DVD, so it is very portable. To use Contacts from a CD or DVD just make sure the contacts folder is copied to the CD or DVD.
You can use /searchfor on the command line to search the Contacts database. Example: c:\exe\contacts1.exe /searchfor jim o'connor
Contacts comes with an easy to use file manager. Contacts will create folders for you so you can keep files to and from people in an easy to find orgainization.

Works as an e-mail contact list, with optional predefined subject lines in the email, such as Bill for and Bill from, Quote for or quote Contacts is a very smart way to manage your Names, Nick Names, Phone Numbers, EMail, Web Sites, Subject, Addresses, Notes.
You can view pictures (.jpg .bmp) and movies (.avi, .mpg, .wmv) or even listen to sound files (such as .mp3 or .wav files) on the fly by just double clicking the name in the list of names that matched your search. If there are any photos on the folder, and you click the View button from the 'Play Me' window, Contacts will automatically show you a slide show. If you have music or movies, you can click the Play button to play all of that folder one file at a time.
The data will be stored on the c:\contacts folder unless you specify a different folder on the shortcut Target, such as C:\exe\contacts1.exe O:\exe
If you follow the example for the Address and Return Address, such as first line Number, Street, and Apartment Number (1208 Elmwood St), the second line, City, State (Gainesville, Texas), the third line, Zip Code (76240), the clicking on address in the Results page, will take you directly to a Google map.
